Software Developer and Data Analyst| Green Filing, LLC (March 2022 - May 2022)
- Developed 6 PostgreSQL queries/scripts to streamline the pre-processing of data from production server
- Utilized PowerBI & SQL to analyze financial data and built a 12-year time series visualizations
- Updated SQL queries to analyze Green Filing’s number of filings daily to estimate their market share
Data Analytics Manager| Earlham College (Feb 2022 - Present)
- Developed a 6-year time-series visualization for water and electricity usage on-campus using Tableau
- Proposed new weekly reports to be communicated with ~ 800 Earlhamites to instigate behavioral change
- Maintained the sustainability interactive dashboard (Tableau); published the reports in the monthly reports
Marketing Analytics| Earlham College (June 2021 - Nov 2021)
- Improved engagement by 20% by designing social media posts (using Canva) for upcoming events
- Audited and wrote a full report on the performance of 8 social media accounts for EC’s EPIC centers from Aug 2019 – Aug 2021 to understand the effects of the pandemic on the center’s engagement rates.
- Conducted research on Generation Z’s social media behavior using 21 scholarly articles and collaborated with my supervisor to come up with new strategies to reach 900+ Earlhamites on-campus and off-campus.

- Designed and created monthly informational posters for the top 3 events of each month
- Researched the culture of Gen Z; used the findings to model the marketing strategy during weekly reviews

- Increased the userbase by 60% by marketing (hosting events) the software to the Earlham Community and beyond

Personal Projects
Building a Personal Portfolio Website
- Used HMTL, CSS, and JavaScript to develop a personal website to showcase relevant information to recruits
- Used the Netlify forms feature to collect information from my contact page and get it delivered to my email
- Connected the site to Google analytics and enabled multi-campaign tracking
- Deployed the site to Netlify from my GitHub repository
Built a Book inventory Desktop GUI Database Application
- Designed and coded the frontend using Python (used Tkinter packages) to create different widgets relevant to having a book inventory system
- Used SQLite to build the backend, and created multiple tables to make sure the database was normalized
- Connected the backend and frontend using python and turned the application into a .exe application at the end
Volunteering Work
Net Impact Chapter Business Manager | Net Impact Earlham College (Oct 2019 - May 2021)
- Participated in the Food Solutions Challenge to increase awareness and find potential solutions to the challenges faced by small holder farmers globally while ensuring food security to others
- Assisted with developing a medical-interpreting program to help Latinx communities have better access to health care in Richmond Indiana
Up to Us Member (National Top 3) | Up To Us Earlham College (Jan 2021 - Aug 2021)
- Competed in the Up to Us campaign to raise awareness about the national debt and fiscal outlook of the US
- Increased awareness about the campaign on-campus by working in a team of 5 to host virtual and on-campus events to shed light on these topics along with fiscal policy relation to healthcare sector

- Assisted over 60 underrepresented students in learning how to navigate the Ruzivo Digital Learning site, a national digital resource to aid in student’s learning
